The AM22 motor supports direct Bluetooth connection with a smartphone and connection through a gateway. The gateway connection offers more advanced features, such as voice control and remote access. If the phone connection is not suitable, using the hub will only provide basic on and off functions.
The connection method shown in the video is also used for the AM25 Zigbee Motor. When adding a sub-device, select the Zigbee device. It is important to note that the AM25 Zigbee Motor can only work with the Tuya Zigbee hub.
