We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Life is around 4-12 months in my case. I have to say it works great until no-sign stops. It is not quiet but running noise is acceptable. It is serviced by amazon messages and the service takes several days to back and forth. The seller offers 30% off if the motor is out of the return window.
The Asurion protection plan costs you $6-2 years and $8-3 years. In case you need to buy 30% off replacement, your cost is $55+tax.
update 2/17: customer service contact me about my experience, and arranged a replacement sent yesterday. Pretty good customer service, thanks. More updates after I receive and use the replacement.

Replacement for broken motor after about a year. Company wouldnt replace so had to order a new one. Hoping it lasts longer this time
Remote is not included in the box. Product is useless without a remote. Very disappointed Not as advertised
The motor itself is great, basic remote you can buy separately are good. AVOID using the RM+ from Broadlink/ihc. It's super frustrating to setup and use. It forces you to classify each motor as a "light." If you ARE successful in programing these motors into the app, google home/Alexa will give you an error message after each command (even when it successfully sends the open/close command).
Instead I've found the NEO Smart blind controller far more easy to use. However you have to follow these steps to connect it to this blind: 1) In the Neo app set the setup code to "SBH20." You can find this by going to settings>change setup code. 2) Follow the normal "add a blind" procedure but CRITICALLY: You have to put the motor into pairing mode by pressing the button on the motor. You can't use the remote control to pair it. When you get to the remote control step select "AS03" as the correct remote (even if you have an AC123-01D.)
Huge props to NEO's customer service for helping with this. The seller of this motor & Broadlink's customer service has been very poor in this regard.
?I took apart the radio remote and was glad to see holes in the printed circuit board to connect external controls. I was able to solder some wires so I can control up/down from another system.
(In my case, I'm using this for a museum exhibit with a window shade that is controlled via DMX lighting automation software and a DMX relay controller.)
