We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Great product would recommend works as expected and great seller experience
Overall I'm happy. This is what selectblinds.com uses. I'm buying a replacement motor to have since we broke the connector. I will also post a video of how to fully reset the remote and factory reset the motor and program.
Good to know we can buy them on Amazon.
Created custom shade using 10' EMT 1-1/4" conduit and shade fabric. Motor slid inside after filing slight amount off the drive and support wheels without allowing any slippage inside the conduit. The mounts supported the shade fine and the motor is powerful enough to roll the shade up and down. The problem I've had is with trying to set the limits to get the motor to stop at the top and bottom to keep it from over-rotating. The instructions require removing and re-adding the remote to clear the limits. I've successfully added the remote again after some trial and error since to process in the instructions was not correct but have not been able to set the limits properly yet.
The weather is still cold and will wait to for warmer weather before experimenting with this further.
Motor operates and installs as described and reasonably easy as I have done this before. When my four shades go up, this new motor is by far the slowest.
After contacting the same company who installed my curtains and getting a pricey quote, I decided to get these motors AND I am very happy with them that Ive decided to go ahead to expand and motorize all of my home windows. At the end I saved $$ by doing it my self and I am extremely happy with the feel and look of all blinds moving in synchronization.
